Busy Little Brother

There was a little boy named Max who was always busy with something or the other. He was always on the move, whether it was playing with his toys or exploring the backyard.

His older sister, Lily, would often watch him in amazement as he went about his day, always with a sense of purpose. One day, Lily decided to ask Max what kept him so busy all the time. "Max, what are you always doing?" she asked.

Max looked up at his sister and smiled. "I have so many things to do, Lily!" he exclaimed. "I have to play with my trucks, build my castle, and explore the world."

Lily nodded, understandingly. She remembered when she was his age and had all sorts of things to keep her occupied. But now that she was older, she found herself with less time for playing.

As the weeks went by, Lily would watch Max as he continued to keep himself busy with his various activities. But one day, she noticed that he had slowed down a bit. Instead of running around the house, he was sitting quietly in a corner, playing with his Legos.

"Max, what's wrong?" Lily asked, concerned.

Max looked up at her with a serious expression on his face. "I'm trying to build something really special, Lily," he said. "But it's not working out the way I want it to."

Lily sat down beside her little brother and looked at the pile of Legos in front of him. "What are you trying to build?" she asked.

"It's a spaceship!" Max exclaimed. "I want to fly to the moon someday, and I need a spaceship to do it."

Lily smiled. "That sounds like a great idea," she said. "Do you want me to help you?"

Max nodded eagerly, and together they set to work on the spaceship. They worked for hours, piecing together the Legos and figuring out how to make everything fit together. And finally, after a lot of hard work, they had a spaceship that was ready for takeoff.

Max climbed inside the spaceship and pretended to take off, his imagination taking him to far-off places. Lily watched him go, feeling happy that she had been able to help her little brother achieve his dream.

From that day forward, Max still stayed busy, but he was more focused on his goals. He had learned that sometimes, it's good to slow down and ask for help when you need it. And Lily had learned that sometimes, the best way to spend your time is by helping those you love achieve their dreams.
